Yield: 1 serving(s)
- 1 cup frozen red seedless grapes
- 1/3 banana peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- Freeze grapes for 2 hours or until frozen solid
- Place frozen grapes and all remaining ingredients in blender
- Pulse a few times to roughly chop the frozen grapes before blending until drink is entirely smooth, about 1 minute. Serve immediately.

I love this smoothie but for the recipe I used a small banana so I tried half and it was better with the hole thing. But I would love more smoothies like this it was GREAT.
