Avoid refined oils. Instead of using refined oil go for olive oil and coconut oil. They contain good fats and omega 3 that can help you to lose weight and are also beneficial for your health.

beef is a good source of protein but you should remember only lean beef contains good quality protein. Per 100 gm of beef, you get approximately 30-40 gm of protein with 25-35gm of high saturated fat, so it will best to use lean beef in your diet.

Cheese: 

Cheese is the thing that you should avoid because in this item the quantity of fat is high and the protein source is not at the standard level. So you should not be eating cheese.
But in all kinds of cheese, the Cotter cheese is the best option who want to lose weight and they are also a cheese lover. Per 100 grams of cotter, cheese contains 30 gm of protein, so it is safe to use cotter cheese, but use it on alternate days.

Sugary Drinks: 

All kind of sugary drinks is not safe to drink as they are made of artificial color and flavor. The concentrated syrup sugar is mixed with it. Crackers, nankeen, and many kinds of salty foods are responsible for gaining weight. These are packed with high salt. Actually, all ingredients are high salt. Salt holds water in our body and increases blood pressure, so try to avoid them. Use instead of popcorns.

Ice Cream: 

Ice Cream is a high-calorie food that is totally unacceptable while losing weight. Though it is a dairy product it is refined. So it is high in calories and empty of nutrients. If you are having a strict diet then you can take it once a week or twice a week.

Sleeping is the most important thing in the human body. Good sleep determines mental health. For the average person, 7-8Hours of sleep is a must, but less sleep is dangerous to health. It leads to mental illness.
In a study, it is found that men who have less sleep (less than 6 hours) gained weight 1 pound in almost two weeks. So be sure to have 7-8 hours of proper sleep daily.
